Vinicius Jr. scored two goals on Sunday in his second game for Real Madrid Castilla, a 2-2 draw against Atletico Madrid B.
Held without a goal in his debut for the reserve side last weekend, a 2-0 win against Las Palmas Atletico, he started and played the full 90 minutes on Sunday, scoring in the seventh and 28th minutes.
The 18-year-old has been training with the first team but playing for the reserve side — an arrangement Madrid coach Julen Lopetegui, who was in the stands the day after Madrid’s 4-1 victory over Leganes, said will continue unless he has a first-team opportunity.

Vinicius arrived on a €45 million transfer from Flamengo during the summer and was sent to the reserves, where he would assimilate to his new surroundings under coach Santiago Solari.
