Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will not travel with the squad for the weekend’s game against Stuttgart after being left out for ”disciplinary reasons.”
The Gabon international has netted 10 goals in 11 games this season and the club gave no further reason for dropping him, other than to confirm it was for a breach of discipline.
A statement on Twitter read: “Aubameyang has been removed from the squad for tomorrow’s match for disciplinary reasons.”

Aubameyang was previously suspended by the club last November when he missed the 1-0 win over Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League for a trip to Milan against then-coach Thomas Tuchel’s wishes.
This year, Aubameyang has not found the back of the net since scoring a brace in BVB’s 3-2 defeat to RB Leipzig in October — a run of five consecutive matches without a goal.
Dortmund travel to Stuttgart on Friday as they look to secure their first Bundesliga win since the 2-1 victory at Augsburg on Sept. 30, before next week hosting Tottenham in the Champions League and local rivals Schalke in the league.
